Vacant Property Management

Trillium Property Services provides Vacant Property Management Services in Quinte & Prince Edward County. Property inspections
are determined based on the insurance requirements of the client. However, during the winter months, 72 hr. inspections are not only recommended, insurance companies may also insist upon them.

Winterization

We can arrange to winterize your home, vehicles, property, pools, hot tubs, HRVs; check your furnace, replace filters, inspect water systems, run special errands, arrange special deliveries, waiting for Couriers or Fed-Ex, utility workers etc.; automobile and boat delivery.

Return Home Service

Including: Restoring water service. water softeners and UV lights, turn on hot water heater, turn furnace temperature up, prepare vehicles and boats as needed, boat launching, fill the refrigerator.

Additional Services

Additional services can include: inclement weather checks, power outages, security system checks, plant watering, newspaper and mail pickup; check locks, lock rekeys, and cut keys. Property reports at requested intervals. We maintain a list of dependable service companies that can do any necessary repairs.
